Doctrin, the new online consultation platform at The Hereward Practice in Bourne, has received great patient feedback with 95% of respondents recommending it to others.
Since its launch nearly a fortnight ago, the Hereward team has dealt with almost 250 cases, with 98% of respondents saying they were met with compassion and nearly 91% agreeing they had received sufficient information.
Practice Manager Tracey Mason said: 'Our team is delighted that our patients are evidently using and responding to Doctrin so positively. It has been designed to be easy to use, accessible at a time to suit patients, and our team responds during normal working hours. We are encouraging more patients to try it and experience the benefits for themselves.
