Staff have training session on new online platform
Staff at Lakeside Healthcare at Stamford enjoyed hands-on training on Doctrin, the new consultation platform, which is launching next week.
Doctrin is easy to use and navigate. It triages patients to the most appropriate person for their needs and its features include healthcare questionnaires, personalised patient data dashboards and signposting to other services if appropriate. To use the platform patients need to have registered for their NHS log in which is available online or automatically by downloading the NHS app.
Practice Manager Teri White said: 'Doctrin is hugely exciting for us and is the latest in a series of improvements we have implemented to make sure our patients are able to get in touch with us at a time to suit them. It has received great patient feedback at other sites and so we are looking forward to seeing the reaction from our patients. We are encouraging all those who are able to, to sign up for NHS log in, however I'd like to reassure those who are not confident or used to technology that we can still be contacted via all the usual means.'
Doctrin launches at Stamford on Wednesday 23 March.
