Mrs Janita Mackin

Chief Financial Officer

Janita joined Lakeside in July 2013 as the Finance Director and was made a Partner in January 2015. Previously she was as Associate within an accountancy firm, specialising in medical accounting and worked with Lakeside for 20 years.

Her role is to ensure that the organisation meets all relevant and necessary regulatory requirements and targets in order to provide a continuous, high quality health and care service.  She was educated at De Montfort (Mathematics) and is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales. In her spare time she is also the County Commissioner for Girlguiding Northamptonshire and runs a local guide unit.
